Take note of the below to avoid disappointment:

• Your ticket confirms your enrolment only at the session and cannot be transferred to another member. If you cannot attend, simply send an email to MelbourneSmashers@gmail.com to cancel the ticket. Your ticket will then be made available for sale to all club members.
• Your ticket will be refunded upon request 24 hours prior to the start of the session.
• If your requested is received within 24 hours of the start of the session, your ticket will be refunded on condition that enough time is available for us to initiate a cancellation and re-sale of the ticket.

Note that we endeavour to initiate cancellations and refunds within 24 hours of receiving the request.
